Ms. Flotho is an exceptionally competent, reliable and efficient real estate agent.
In contrast to her competitors from Engel & Völkers, she went to great lengths to determine a fair valuation of the house.
Ms. Flotho was always available outside of business hours, dealt intensively with the property and developed very good ideas for marketing the detached house with granny apartment.
She was therefore able to sell the house at a fair price within a short space of time.
With such an excellent range of services, the high estate agent's commission is also appropriate.

Professional and competent handling combined with a friendly and unobtrusive manner. No one is over-texted, but informed objectively. There is an open ear and support for all concerns. Some requirements were even proactively taken care of before they were addressed by me. Since the sale of a property was also an emotional experience for me, I found the serious charisma to be quite confidence-building and reassuring. All in all, I was in very good hands at all times.
