From the initial contact to the consultation to the successful sale, the entire process was smooth, reliable, professional and always pleasant. We chose VON POLL because of the good feeling we had with Ms. Öhl, who was also present at the initial meeting and paved the way. We would particularly like to emphasize the extraordinary performance of Mr. Scheid, who looked after us throughout the entire process up to the sale and beyond. Mr. Scheid always had an open ear, always kept us in the loop, is trustworthy and goes about his work with great passion and commitment. We had a lot of fun with him and he is a great asset to the Usingen site. That's how a collaboration should work! We are looking forward to the next project with VON POLL.

Eight years ago, Mrs. Öhl accompanied our family in the search for our "Traunhaus". She provided us with competent and very cordial support at all times.
It was immediately clear to us that we would entrust her with the sale of our home. From the valuation to the notary contract, all contact was binding, uncomplicated, professional and incredibly fast.

We sought contact with Von Poll Immobilien ourselves on the basis of positive recommendations from acquaintances. Already at the first meeting we were advised extensively, so that the decision for Von Poll Immobilien was easy for us. First of all, all data of our property were recorded and a valuation was carried out. Subsequently, the exposé was completed in several appointments with professional photographer and 3D videographer. During the entire preparation period, we were comprehensively supported in all aspects and had contact persons for questions at any time. After this thorough preparatory work, our house was offered online.
With the large customer base of Von Poll Immobilien, suitable buyers were found within a short time. Once again, many thanks to the entire VPI team for their work in the background -
and especially many thanks to Mrs. Fröhlich-Rehnert for the great and patient support during the whole sales process.

From the very beginning, the contact with Ms. Öhl was absolutely honest and profitable. Not only in our house purchase but also in the sale of our condominium, she provided us with comprehensive and forward-looking support from the appraisal (far above our estimated price) to the notary appointment and the handover of the apartment! The sale of our property took only a few weeks. The communication with the back office also worked smoothly. I can recommend Mrs. Öhl and her team to every customer and thank them for the super good cooperation!

We worked with the von Poll company in the context of our house sale. From the very beginning, everything went smoothly and we were able to experience what a good real estate agent service is all about. Already the inspection with Mrs. Öhl and Mrs. Fröhlich-Rehnert was very detailed, we quickly realized that the two are real estate professionals. They also looked very carefully at all the documents and immediately found an inconsistency that no one had told us when we bought the property a few years ago and that we ourselves did not know. However, this could have gone wrong for us when reselling and so we are still very grateful that the two ladies were so attentive. The viewings were very structured and nothing was left to chance. It was very gracious that so much consideration was given to our young children and if possible the viewings took place in their absence. The buyers of our house are very nice and it was therefore easy for us to accept the bid. The handover is still to come, but here too von Poll has promised us their support.
Perhaps it should also be mentioned that we were also supported in the search for our new home. Although we found an apartment through another company, von Poll's network worked very well. All the best to the nice team!

I had the opportunity to do business with Fr Öhl for a longer period of time and was thus able to gain a deeper insight into the business. Unfortunately, the broker guild has a rather bad reputation - Fr. Öhl is trying to fight against this with a dedicated team and has completely changed my initially really prejudiced image through her excellent work, her very comprehensive expertise and her incredible empathetic manner.

Very positive experience with the von Poll Team Hochtaunuskreis. Friendly team with always good-humored and helpful receptionists, very competent brokers with a lot of expertise. No matter what questions we had about the location, for example where the daughter can go horseback riding or where to find good organic stores, everything was answered and we also got great craftsmen recommendations, where we already had a foot in the door by mentioning our brokers. They were really worth their weight in gold!
