From the very beginning, I felt in good hands with Mr. Meichsner. The valuation of the property was done conscientiously and the results were explained to me in detail and calmly. Due to the large network of existing customers and the credibility of the broker, a better sales price was achieved than would have been possible through a private sale. With other brokers in Wiesbaden, the valuation of my property was also up to 40% lower than with the valuation by von Poll.

Also at this point again many thanks for the extremely courteous, serious and competent advice and support in the purchase of our condominium.
Starting with the possibility of viewing the property at short notice, the individual and relaxed viewing appointment, during which we never had the feeling that we had to hurry or that we were not allowed to ask another question, to the immediate provision of all documents after submission of the financing commitment, the availability at any time, the "all-round carefree"support up to the notary - everything proceeded in a highly professional manner and was always accompanied by the beaming smile of Mrs. Hilger. Particularly noteworthy is the quick, competent and personal commitment of Ms. Sombeek. Ms. Sombeek immediately built up a network and took regional peculiarities into account.
We were thrilled with what well-functioning network and thereby with a high level of expertise was advised. All special requests were taken into consideration and included.
