I was provided with a very competent advisor who was able to relate very well to my previous experiences from her own professional life. The consultation was therefore uncomplicated and with a lot of personal and professional understanding. I particularly liked how the personal skills were highlighted and how they were also assessed professionally. This quickly gave me a good feeling for my future career. I always had the feeling that I had a great contact person to answer any questions I had about my career. In addition, the placement was very well structured and the career advice was valuable with lots of ideas and opportunities for a successful job search. Here, too, the consultant was really great in her way of working. The online seminars on LinkedIn and personal job satisfaction helped me the most and will stay with me for a long time. During the outplacement process, I also took advantage of several other offers and was able to take something positive away from every seminar/all the documents provided (LOFT). In general, I was simply very satisfied.

Overall, the outplacement with Ms. Gietzen-Wieland was very good. Privately, however, I would have expected more than 1-2 hours per week for the investment of €10,000. However, this criticism excludes 100% of Ms. Gietzen-Wieland's performance, as she has no influence on the definition of the services.

I felt understood, very well assessed and comfortable both at the first appointment with Mr. Lindner and later during the consultation with Ms. Schwing and the support for the job search with Ms. Zika.
I personally found the virtual workshops very helpful. I no longer felt alone at home. I had a lot to do to train myself to find the right job.
