The estate agent was very personable and competent. In times of rising interest rates, it was not possible to sell our property promptly. A "long breath" and many viewing appointments were necessary. Nevertheless, there was never any dissatisfaction. The notary appointment went off to the satisfaction of everyone involved. The estate agent also took care of the apartment handover for us, as we do not live locally. All in all, a successful project.

Of course, no one is enthusiastic 3.57% broker fees from the purchase price of an object to pay!
However, what we have experienced, have experienced and how our broker Thomas Engel has accompanied us to the end, at any time we could call and even in his well-earned vacation he came out and was present at the notarial certification.
