A very calm and customer focused sales pitch. Solution-oriented approach. Unobtrusive offers about other possible services. Fair granting of discounts. Should a possible insurance claim occur, I hope for the same straightforward approach.
Note - a contract, even as a package contract, with 166 pages is suspect. The whole abundance of clauses cannot be seen through by the normal person and it remains with me the feeling, it is a contract work, which has the goal to go a possible claim settlement out of the way. But that is how all insurers operate.
