We have turned our garden into a real oasis of well-being with a Wärmegrad outdoor sauna (Module XM). From the initial consultation to the installation and professional instruction, we are completely satisfied. The sauna is a real "eye-catcher" of the best quality and craftsmanship. The small anteroom is super cozy and attractively designed, the sauna has a great ambience and is of very high quality down to the smallest detail. On the day of delivery - as promised - everything was completely finished and ready for the first sauna session (even sauna towels and infusion are included). We would choose a Wärmegrad sauna again at any time and are totally delighted with this good and sustainable investment - you can't do better than that! If there were 6 stars - we would give them to the Wärmegrad team, really top!

all points were neatly clarified in advance. the fitters and drivers were on time on site and very very friendly and knew exactly what you are doing. I have rarely experienced (here I may also mention the crane company Allkran from Allersberg) that is so accurate and professional work. very high praise to all involved - it was only real professionals at work !!!!

I am totally thrilled with the look and feel of the sauna. It fits so perfectly into my garden. Also the chosen LED lighting shines slightly outside and makes such an atmospheric atmosphere. The processing of high-quality materials makes the sauna experience a real feel-good experience. I put the sauna into operation for the first time yesterday and thanks to the great instruction from the gentlemen on site, everything worked effortlessly. The full moon peeking in made the first time sauna experience one that I will always remember. I will always recommend Wärmegrad to others and will always be happy to put up with the nine month wait. It's a really great sauna. It feels like being in a small luxury resort.
From the initial consultation to the construction time to the delivery, one is accompanied top. Also the delivery and lifting of the sauna with a crane makes it already a small experience.

In Gelnhausen very nice and competent initial consultation. All the customer's wishes were taken into account during the planning. This planning was even further optimized after the measurement by Wärmegrad, the existing space was used even better, which is a great added value for us. Overall, we are very satisfied with our new sauna.

From the first conversation, to the measurement on site and finally the installation on the spot, I can only report positive. Premium has its price, but this pays off with a sauna that will hopefully be in use for decades to come. Great praise also to the consultation, where the foundation stone has been laid. Where even small details could be discussed and then implemented. The assembly of heat degree first cream. Friendly and competent fitters who have erected the sauna in sweaty heat. Including subsequent instruction of the control and care instructions. We are really super happy. Thanks to all involved. Our dream sauna is perfect.

The delivery and installation was not a process but an experience. In cooperation with the crane company Klostermeier from Göttingen, the lifting went simply perfect.
