We were very satisfied with the advice (Mr. Ludewig). The offer and the planning were very transparent and the costs were exactly in line with other providers. The decisive factor for us was that we felt we were in good hands. The construction management (Mr. Milde) left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, it was bad luck that snow interrupted the installation in December. Now everything is running perfectly and we are looking forward to our PV harvest. The only point we find a pity: We already had a wallbox from Heidelberg. Unfortunately, it is not supported by Wegahome in the HEMS. Wegatech saw no way of integrating it. HEMS from other providers are more flexible.
Very good advice from Mr. Tierling and Mr. Seeger. The subcontractors who carried out the work were all competent and friendly and carried out the work on time and in quality.
From the offer to the finished installation, everything went to our satisfaction. We had very committed and competent contact partners, so we always felt that we were in good hands. We can recommend Wegatech to others (and already have).
I spoke with Mr. Frank Ludwig. The conversation was very comfortable, professional and very friendly. Although our house is currently not suitable for a PV system or heat pump, Mr. Ludwig gave us an honest opinion and explained the requirements very well, which we can use to make the house more potential in the future.
Of all the competitors, Wegatech convinced me the most in terms of advice and customization. Nowadays you can hardly save yourself from offers and some are cheaper than Wegatech - but for me the secure feeling was more than worth the slightly higher price.
Wegatech planned, installed and commissioned a photovoltaic system with battery storage for our house. Wegatech and the craftsmen commissioned were very competent and reliable in all areas. As a customer, I didn't have to worry about anything. The system has now been running profitably for 3 years without any faults.

Good planning, reliable yield forecasts, adherence to deadlines. Good selection of components, plus the cooperation with the roofer J.F.Gerhard and the local company selected for the PV installation. Coordinating all this was certainly not easy, but it worked out very well. The system has been running smoothly since 2022 and delivers more than the promised output.
