I registered privately because the topic of "team development in the daycare center" is very important to me. I sacrificed two vacation days for it and paid for the course myself.
I can only say that I am very, very satisfied and that my investment was so worthwhile.
A super instructive two days, lots of practical tips and expert advice.
Great, experienced, professional, practical and competent support. Mrs. Hofbauer-Niese. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
I was able to take away a lot that will help me move forward.
I am also happy to recommend the academy for the super fast registration, helpfulness on the phone and super fast processing and sending of the material

It was my second FB today and I am again fascinated by the professionalism with a lot of ❤️!
Mrs. Hofbauer knows what she can do! She works in a structured way and still looks at what is needed. She is very authentic and emphatic and that makes working together easy and carefree.

Very structured content that builds on each other. Interactive training, lots of suggestions for trying out new methods. Very well organized in terms of time, leaves room for discussions, but can bring the groups back very well.

I recently took an online seminar with Ms. Hofbauer, Nutrition in the Daycare Center. I liked the seminar very much. It was very informative and varied. The content was very good, helpful and already sufficient. Mrs. Hofbauer is very sympathetic and competent. I learned a lot from it and could take a lot for practice. Thank you for the great seminar.

It was a really great and very appreciative experience to experience this seminar with Mrs. Hofbauer. I felt very picked up, understood and very motivated to pass on yoga to children. Ms. Hofbauer convinced me with her authentic and very emphatic manner. Despite the online structure of the seminar and my initial skepticism about this, Ms. Hofbauer succeeded in building up closeness and connection to her and among the participants through her manner.

In the beginning, I personally could not imagine much about children's yoga (had a too rigid image of adult yoga). However, Anne taught us this topic in a very practical way and with a lot of heart. I started an introductory session with the children the very next day and will be leading a children's yoga class in the team next week. Thank you very much for this effective training.

I recently did a workshop "Professional Conflict Management" with her.
Annegret Hofbauer focuses on the needs of the group. She analyzes and adapts the theory in combination with the practice in a way that the wishes of the individuals are fulfilled. It should be emphasized that she actively involves the group and brings many ideas.
Among other things, she brings a lot of knowledge, aplomb and people skills.
I have taken away a lot for myself as a person, colleague and the perspective of a manager and recommend you definitely!
