A very reliable company.
The ladies and gentlemen in the office were also friendly and courteous. All requested details were promptly processed and taken care of. Mr. Easy and his people worked extremely reliable and prudent.
All furniture and items were intact after the move.
I am fully satisfied with the company and wish the staff all the best.

I can only absolutely recommend this moving company!
From the preliminary meeting to the day of the move, everything has been very professional and informative.
Even difficult furniture situations were handled by the Wichtel team with expertise, determination and full commitment.
The entire team was very friendly, incredibly fast and efficient from the start. All fragile items were professionally packed and reassembled at the destination without damage. They all thought about where what belonged in the new environment and always asked if anything was unclear.
I would like to thank Mr. Easy and his great team for their super job.

The 4 man has worked well. Without damage.
When commissioning with de- and Motage is unfortunately , the installation of wall cabinets is not included. Drilling work must be ordered separately, which was not quite understandable for us.
Otherwise, everything okay.

I have now moved with Wichtel for the third time in 5 years - and would do it again any time.
From professional advice and friendly service beforehand (including the walk-through for the correct estimate), to flexibility in pricing and smooth & fast execution on the moving day itself, everything is included in the Wichtel package.
And this time I even got an ''extra service'', because the cabinet that was supposed to go into the basement did not fit through the corresponding door. So without further ado, it was dismantled - and reassembled in the basement. A very big, heartfelt thank you for this, by the way, still in the aftermath 😊.
So: ALL THUMBS HIGH 👍 I can the Wichtel, uh men, absolutely RECOMMEND!

I moved from a 1-bedroom apartment to one just like it in July 2022. The move was managed by Team ALI. They were punctual and friendly, the fact that two of the three men spoke less German was not a problem. The team was careful with my furniture, everything arrived in one piece, including the contents of the boxes I packed myself.
However, what I basically do not like is the use of plastic film on a large scale. This is - for environmental reasons - no longer up to date and there should be more use of other ways to protect furniture.
The assembly and disassembly of my bed and the washing machine also worked perfectly.
The planned time was kept. Many thanks again in this way!

We were super satisfied with our move. The employees were extraordinarily friendly and extremely eager to do everything right for us. It was extremely careful to handle our things and despite some adversity in the new apartment (staircase complete construction site), was creatively and appropriately responded to the circumstances. The estimated time was also kept.

Also at our 2nd move with the gnomes we were very satisfied. The guys are sympathetic and friendly, punctual, competent and fast in the dismantling and assembly of furniture, hardworking, quiet, clean, attentive, even in dealing with antiques, full of ideas in unforeseen complications (narrow staircase), well-rehearsed with each other; with a coffee you can give them a well-deserved pleasure! They can be recommended at any time.

From the preparation of the offer to the final acceptance with the housing company Vonovia, the apartment liquidation of the three-room apartment was carried out professionally and to my complete satisfaction. The removal of wooden panels and polystyrene cladding was also taken care of. I can only highly recommend Wichtelumzüge for apartment liquidations. Thanks to Mr. Easy for the good work.
