Además con Wil Schneider aprendí que lo saludable no se trata de costos adicionales y de cosas imposibles de cocinar, y su programa "tasty, good n' clean" me lo demostraron. Durante las 8 semanas aprendi a comunicarme mejor con los alimentos por decirlo d alguna manera, porque antes no tenía ni idea en que categoría estaba casa alimento! Ahora me siento orgulloso de saber que estoy colocando en mi plato, porque estoy comiendo con conciencia... Eso definitivamente para mi tiene mucho valor.

El programa de Wil funciona increíble. Súper fácil de seguir y Wil es una mujer que te pone en la línea de inmediato. Me gusta mucho su carácter porque te impulsa y te motiva a que hagas las cosas bien y no te rindas. Claro que debes poner de tu parte, porque ella solo te va a guiar y tu debes hacer el resto. “Los cambios no llegan solos” esas son sus palabras y es la verdad. Participe en un grupo de chicas y me sorprendió ver como todas íbamos superando cada día el miedo a lo nuevo, y al final de todo nos dimos cuenta que tenemos que ser optimistas y positivas.
Wil eres mi Coach para el resto de mi vida, gracias por toda tu paciencia.

Excelente Coach nutricional, me gusto mucho la forma en que me llevo a mi meta porque soy muy floja y Wil Schneider me impulsó a seguir cada día. Mi cambio fue exactamente lo que necesitaba y lo mejor de todo fue que no sentí que estaba en una dieta, porque comí muchísimo y muy rico, todo fue muy sencillo y cómodo de cocinar.

Ein klar strukturiertes Programm mit sehr hilfreichen Tipps, um die großen und kleinen Hürden bei einer Ernährungsumstellung zu nehmen. Ich mag eine abwechslungsreiche Ernährung und bin überrascht von der Vielfältigkeit der Menüs. Als Unternehmer habe ich wenig Zeit mein Essen zuzubereiten, somit überzeugt die gute Umsetzbarkeit im Alltag. Tipps für einkaufen, zubereiten und auch für den nächsten Tag vorbereiten gehören zum Programm von Wil mit dazu.

Desde que comencé el programa de nutrición con Wil Scheneirde, no solo adelgace si no que ella también a cambiado mi estilo de vida en cuanto a nutrición, ahora al final del día sigo teniendo mas energía y me ciento aun mas motivada.
