My experience, especially with RA Ralf Göhler, was consistently positive. Mr. Göhler has represented me in my occupational disability absolutely clear and very competent. My insurance company really tried everything not to have to pay and used every absurd possibility to deny me my right to disability. Accordingly, the process dragged on for 7 years, several appeals and instances. During these 7 years I was not only represented by Mr. Göhler in an absolutely professional manner, but Mr. Göhler also encouraged me to claim my right and not to give up. We won everything without any compromises. I can only recommend Mr. Göhler and will keep him as my trusted attorney. Thank you very much Diana Weißer

In a complicated civil law dispute against a large insurance company, we were able to experience the difference between a good and a bad law firm, and after this experience we can warmly recommend the Wirth law firm, in particular RA Strübing as a specialist in insurance law. Due to the inadequate work of the lawyer from Munich, we would have lost the case for sure, but thanks to the change to Wirth Rechtsanwälte and their competent way of working, the "tide" was turned in our favor. We felt understood and professionally looked after. Professional competence coupled with assertiveness ultimately led to success. Also the employees on the phone always had an "open ear" and were very committed. Should there be a need, we would definitely mandate Wirth Rechtsanwälte again and also recommend them to others.
