My mother had back surgery and the hospital apparently works with WMD so she had no other choice at first. The customer service is terrible, it took 2 weeks for an employee to get in touch because the actual one was in hospital, which they probably didn't know, the new one was there ONCE in 4 weeks. After that she probably had an accident and my mother was excused. No replacement was provided. How the company can get such a positive rating is beyond me, bought comments ?! . This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have never seen anything so dubious and unreliable.

I am satisfied with the services, but the hourly payment is too expensive for me.
Even if my health insurance pays for it.
Personally, I think 3 hours a month for 125 euros is too expensive.
The nice thing about it is that it is settled with the health insurance company.

This assessment relates exclusively to the way the company deals with its own employees when drafting contracts. The employment contract is extremely dubious and contains very questionable and possibly also immoral content in terms of contract law.

I was very satisfied with the WMD domestic help and can recommend her with a clear conscience! Sina was a pearl as far as the household is concerned, she was very correct, hardworking and quick and she also gave me some tips from her experience on how to improve the household help. I would have loved to continue using her!
I have just requested a further confirmation of home help from my orthopaedist and will only use help from WMD!

We have had a male domestic help since October 2023 and are more than satisfied.
Whether the beds need to be made, windows need to be cleaned, the bathroom needs a spring clean from top to bottom, something needs to be assembled or possibly repaired - our Mr. B. is really a pearl.
We really only have positive things to say about WMD - always happy to return :-)

Julia and Maria were super good! Julia was with us for the longest time during pregnancy and in the postpartum period and was incredibly competent in helping us with the household and with our two small children. She has a very loving and very open and nice manner, so the children immediately felt at ease with her.
