I would like to write an absolute hymn of praise for Xenia.

I was able to get to know Xenia in a seminar.
One of the aims of the seminar was to develop me into a management coach and to clearly differentiate between mentoring and coaching.

I learned about many models and the history of psychology, such as the value development square, the house of work incapacity and the PSI theory.

With her very direct manner, Xenia clearly communicated what is important and when, and always shared very helpful practical examples.

The highlight was when I was allowed to slip into the role of coach for Xenia myself and thus discovered completely new perspectives.

All in all, every training module was a lot of fun and I would always recommend Xenia to others because she has an enormous capacity for understanding and at the same time listens very sympathetically while remaining professionally detached.

Thank you for allowing me to get to know such an inspiring personality.

Xenia has the ability to think/feel her way intensively into situations and logics and to stimulate reflection/reflection, but at the same time she is very clear and professional. Her impulses and guidance have now accompanied me several times in important personal changes. For me, the most outstanding feature of Ms. Jürgensen's way of consulting is her extremely empathetic manner and an honest interest in her counterpart. At no time did she appear to me to be judgmental, lecturing, or working according to a predefined pattern. Techniques were woven in casually, but were not in the foreground. In this way, she helped myself to a careful analysis of my situation and showed me possible perspectives. I look forward to more sessions.

My coaching with Xenia was a super experience! Xenia chose very appropriate models and methods to accompany me on my journey and did a great job supporting me in gaining more clarity in my concerns.

Using different models, Xenia encouraged me to sort out my thoughts and clarify my personal goals. Her methods were very effective and helped me to dive into the coaching experience and gain valuable insights.

The combination of Xenia's professional approach, her empathetic nature and the appropriate methods made the coaching a great experience. I can absolutely recommend coaching with Xenia, especially for those who are looking for an experienced coach who works in a mindful and experiential way and still does not lose sight of the goal!

I was very surprised about how deep coaching can go. I also realized in the session how important it is to recognize the deep-seated inner structures in yourself BEFORE you strive for a change on the outside. Through Xenia's quiet, attentive but also uncomplicated nature, I quickly gained trust and felt comfortable. I was even able to engage in role play, which had an eye-opening effect despite initial skepticism. Xenia doesn't just follow a program, but looks at what is needed individually. She helped me a lot with this.

The interview with Xenia Jürgensen was excellent! Starting with the perfect atmosphere and the professional, authentic setting, to the content of the conversation. For the professional and private area of application, new insights were worked out with precisely fitting methods and models, which will continue to have an effect on me for a long time. Through her calm and empathetic approach, Ms. Jürgensen created an atmosphere in my coaching in which I was able to let go very quickly and share my thoughts/problems. Xenia is an extremely pleasant, friendly person. After only a short time she managed to create an atmosphere in which I felt comfortable and willing to share very intimate thoughts. Within 2 sessions, with Xenia's help, I was able to identify blocking beliefs, patterns & structures, classify them and transform them. I heartily recommend Xenia to others!

I found the coaching with Xenia super! She has a very sympathetic and empathetic charisma, so that I immediately found the atmosphere between us - also in the online format - pleasant and familiar. Some sentences, images and feelings from our session still accompany me now and have inspired me to take a step that was very important for me.
