Once the project brief had been clearly defined, implementation began very promptly. The very constructive final meeting took place competently and before the agreed deadline.

Xvise actively supported us in the conceptual design and introduction of new logistics software. From the analysis of existing processes through to the planning and subsequent visualization of new processes, Xvise provided us with professional expertise and a practical view from the outside. The communication-enhancing influence of Xvise's collaboration helped the team to develop very well during the many workshops. Overall, the collaboration with xVise was extremely positive and greatly enriched the project.

We were confronted with a pleasant challenge from the customer, which changed our existing logistics concept in that existing storage areas had to be converted into productive areas in a short space of time. X-Vise was called in to support and systematically prepare the new processes. With their competence and technical expertise, we were able to quickly find new ways to restructure our end-to-end material flow and create additional storage space by optimizing previously suboptimally used storage space.
