I like the concept of Younality very much and from my point of view such an offer has been missing so far! Sascha is a very empathetic and committed person and puts his heart and soul into his work. Sensitive children in particular are in very good hands with him. My son really enjoyed going to the coaching sessions and will continue to do so.

My son went to Sascha for coaching when he was 13.
He was bullied, withdrew and filled his time with computer games.
Today he is 15, has lots of friends, is active in sports and is much more open and approachable.
Of course, several factors always play a role and it's a process. But I have the feeling that the coaching has given my son a very good impetus as to which direction he wants to go, to think about his goals and to see his strengths.
My son was happy to go to every appointment, I believe that Sascha has a good approach to children/young people and a very appreciative way of dealing with them. Thank you very much for your work!

My experience with Sascha was really very positive. The coaching gave me the courage to take the leap into self-employment. Sascha was always competent and also very likeable. The chemistry between us was right from the start. I would recommend the coaching to anyone who wants to complete a professional and promising training.
