It is particularly positive that apps are provided for all platforms. The Seafile client seems more mature than other "big" cloud services like OneDrive or GoogleDrive.
For me personally, 10GB has been enough for a long time, after that I would like to have the option to buy 5GB packages. 25GB is a lot for my data, and I have to pay double per month.

Thank you very much for your evaluation. Due to our redundant infrastructure, an outage lasting several days is impossible. As soon as one system becomes unavailable, another can immediately take over and keep things running. As you can see, other customers here have also reported no problem. Presumably there were problems with your system/Internet provider, but these are of course beyond our control.

The customer service is very nice and quick to act. Unfortunately, the multiple hang-ups of the server made us leave YSC, as we also deal with clients and we ended up being unprofessional with our clients. When a project is due that day and the client has to accept the video and can't, it casts a shadow on us, and also on our work. On the positive side, videos can be streamed. Negative as written, the many hang-ups and that it takes so long until you have uploaded your stuff.

Thank you very much for your review, which to our disappointment with the grade SATISFACTORY (2.60 out of 5 stars) is unfortunately very different from the average of the rest of our otherwise pleasantly predominantly very positive customer feedback.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to register a message from you in our support regarding this problem. We haven't heard a similar report from any other customers, and we know specifically of a couple of customers who work in this environment and often share videos. Presumably there was an issue with the customer's/you's web browser/internet connection.

Also, the slow upload you mentioned is usually caused by a slow internet connection or firewall system on your system. We regularly perform performance measurements and consistently achieve peak values. Please understand that customer systems are beyond our control.

It would be nice if you would appear as a provider in the seafile app in the selection list so that one does not have to copy a link. Also I would be very happy about possibilities to edit documents online. (e.g. via LibreOffice online). But all in all I am very satisfied.

I haven't had any problems so far, so my ratings for your service are not binding. However, I find your platform great, because it offers great encryption options, the servers are located in Germany and I also need as a small freelancer with little budget accordingly little storage space. Functionality and price-performance is the best I could find on the net! :)
