Yvonne Lamberty is very sensitive to the individual needs of the participants and respects their boundaries. She offers very gentle explanations but leaves the participants free to accept them for themselves. She encourages the individuality of each participant and treats them in a very benevolent and loving way. She encourages them to believe in themselves and that they can make their own wishes and dreams come true.
She is a very special woman and I am very happy to have met her and to be able to take part in her courses.

Yvonne takes a lot of time to respond to all wishes and needs. She gives very good suggestions and gives you the individual space to develop. She supports the development of each individual. The IAC is more than just painting in a warm community, it is a magical journey into your own soul. The Gribougram is a wonderful tool not only for your own creative access to deep issues, thought patterns and blockages, but also for the professional support of people in development processes.
During the training, Yvonne teaches all the steps and possible applications of the Gribougram in a very clear, attentive, professional and present manner. In addition to the detailed theory, she also explains mediation using various case studies and is always available to answer questions.
For me, in my work as a psychotherapist, the Gribougram is a very refreshing, playful and easy way to work on deep issues non-verbally. It enables quick contact with the inner child, makes emotions that are difficult to access cognitively and verbally visible and helps people to regulate themselves in emotional crises. I now use the Gribougram in my therapeutic work in a very wide range of ways, to relieve various acute stress situations, in grief work, to access emotions and as a stabilization tool for depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and traumatized people.
For me, the training was an absolute enrichment for my own development and for my work.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Yvonne and her training as a Gribougramme mediator. Among other things, the Gribougramme offers unique opportunities to come into contact and connect with oneself, to observe oneself and try out new things, to express feelings and also to be able to change them. From the perspective of a psychologist, I can only heartily recommend Yvonne Lamberty's training as a Gribougram mediator. The training is very well structured and contains extensive learning content, as well as practical exercises for consolidation.
The Gribougram technique, which Yvonne taught so vividly, not only reignited my own creativity, but also strengthened my conviction that visual methods, i.e. becoming visually aware of things, can be a powerful resource in psychological counseling/coaching or in the therapeutic process. Not all people find it easy or are able to express their thoughts and feelings verbally. Gribougrams offer an alternative and non-directive way to visually process and communicate information that may otherwise remain hidden in the unconscious. The technique can be used in various contexts, for example in individual or group sessions, and can help to resolve inner conflicts and promote self-acceptance and self-confidence.

It has been an easy, wonderful and effective journey into my inner self to overcome, among other things, creative inhibitions that were also reflected on the canvas of life. Simply great!!!!!

From my point of view as an art therapist, Yvonne Lamberty's online training is highly recommended. The price-performance ratio is right. The training is very structured, extensive learning content and practical exercises can be easily integrated into everyday life.
The training evenings, which take place live via Zoom, are a good mix of theory and practice. Yvonne herself is always the contact person and shares her knowledge and many years of experience as an artist with us participants from the heart. She always responds to questions. There is a detailed PDF for each module and a recording.
The training group forms an appreciative and open exchange of ideas, which is a very important part of the training.
The intensive months have made me more creative again, changed my perception and given me a new and intensive method to guide and accompany interested people into their creativity. The Gribougram method offers me the opportunity to free myself from stress and negative, overwhelming feelings through intensive practice, without having to invest a lot of time.
