After a big disappointment from Swiss Lief in Bülach, I am very happy that we found ZahnärzteTeam Ort in Bülach
I was with my son 6 years old at Zahnärzte Team and tooth taken out, it worked well.
What was not the case with Swiss Lief !
Very friendly team, I can only recommend

I was very satisfied with everything. Of course I would like to highlight Dr. Sarah Gassner! So friendly, also in dealing with the assistants! Very good working atmosphere and competent. Definitely makes the trip to the dentist more pleasant. Unfortunately you are not a restaurant, otherwise I would visit you more often.
I had several sessions last year and really never had anything to complain about! Thanks to all

My daughter, 6 years old, was very afraid of the dentist. We went to different dentists at different practices. Her fear grew and it seemed impossible to work on her teeth without general anesthesia. After the first failed attempt, these dentists advised me to put her under general anesthesia. Otherwise they would not be able to work under these circumstances. As a mother, I didn't want to give up hope and wanted to try one last time. The Ort dental team was recommended to me by a relative. So I called and described the current situation. Mrs. Zeqiraj gave me high hopes on the phone, saying that they had very good experience with anxious children. To be honest, at that moment I thought to myself "just wait until you meet my daughter😒" and was very, very skeptical. We went there on the agreed date and the result: they fixed a tooth and pulled a molar🤩 not with general anesthesia, but with kindness, trust, enthusiasm and precise, clean work. I am so infinitely grateful to the team (especially Mrs. Susanna Zeqiraj) for their tireless efforts!!! Bravo!!! I will always recommend this practice to others!!!

A dental practice is not exactly a wellness center, but I actually look forward to my DH appointments!
The team is very friendly and competent. I would like to mention Mrs. Albert in particular. She is simply lovely and an absolute expert.

+ I suffer from periodontitis and am currently a regular at your clinic. They always explain to me exactly what the next step is and what the options are. I really appreciate that.
- Sometimes difficult to reach. I had an emergency on a Saturday and couldn't reach anyone for a long time. It would be helpful if the number for dentist emergencies was communicated from the tape.
- Clothes hangers in Bülach are a disaster! :-)

With her high level of competence and efficiency, Dr. Ort achieves excellent results. I feel that the two bridges she has fitted are like my own teeth. The social competence of her staff should also be emphasized, especially the head of reception, Ms. Zeqiraji, who creates a pleasant atmosphere with her friendly charisma.

The cooperation between the DH and the dentist was excellent. My dentist gave me excellent advice and I went home with a very good feeling. The only negative is the poor parking facilities at the practice.
