Everything is taken care of for the customer from A to Z. —> "All-inclusive package" Mr. Zapf was always available and immediately took care of finding a customized solution. I was regularly provided with updates without having to ask for them and received competent and easy-to-understand answers to all my questions.
Highly recommended if you don't want to deal with the banks yourself.
