Especially the execution of the awning installation was excellent. The installation was complicated and a physical and logistical challenge for the two fitters, yet they worked in a motivated&good-humored, competent&professional manner. After the work was completed, they independently and correctly restored the order on the balcony and did not leave any residue or waste behind. And although the notified working time was exceeded by approx. 1 hour, the agreed installation price was not exceeded. I can recommend the company Zastrau absolutely and without reservation...

Competent, friendly staff; Zastrau has supplied and installed two awnings, a folding glass wall and a vestibule (consisting of two large safety glass panels) for the front door within the last 10 years: everything to our complete satisfaction. That now after 10 years the engine of the one awning did not want any more, is not to be blamed on the company Zastrau but, if at all, on the manufacturer. The repair (replacement and connection of the motor) was done within 2 weeks (calculated from the first "call for help"). Thank you !!!
