You write in your statement that I have canceled appointments at short notice several times. I have to say that I am personally disappointed with Giancarlo Leonetti in particular, as he never approached me when I missed an appointment. So it is absolutely false that I was spoken to about it.
What's more, I'm sure that 70% of my visits to your store left the remaining places free, which doesn't speak for the fact that appointments are extremely difficult to plan. Moreover, that is the risk of every entrepreneur.
Apparently the financial pressure on you is so great that you use all kinds of excuses and arguments that are far-fetched.
You also write that it is not possible to respond to the SMS notification system. Where exactly is this evident? Where is the indication that you should not respond to this message ( noreply ).
One thing is clear, I'm not going to invest any more time in this tiresome matter, as my time is too valuable. However, all customers should see how you treat regular customers completely unjustly.
I hope you enjoy the CHF 100 that you have charged against your better judgment. Be happy with it!
In future I will keep my distance from all Zobrist branches. Perhaps my distance will teach you decency.
