At the beginning I was afraid and worried because you transfer money online, but after the first meeting I decided to give it a try. I still had 10 days until I had to submit my work. The academic paper was delivered on time as promised, and in the meantime my questions and concerns were always answered immediately via WhatsApp. And in the end, I also received an A as a grade. Unfortunately, there were some delays in delivery, which made me break out in a sweat, but my final delivery was still on time. Unfortunately, my author fell ill in the meantime, so a change was necessary. That was a bit stressful, but fortunately the result was still coherent.

We are sorry that the delays have caused you stress, as our service is actually designed to avoid this. In general, you can definitely rely on the schedules that we draw up in advance of the project. Above all, by planning in sufficient buffers, we ensure that every piece of work is delivered on time and in the required quality. The fact that authors have to be replaced in the meantime is only envisaged in rare exceptional cases, for example in the event of prolonged absence due to illness.

Accordingly, we ask for your understanding that there are still real people behind the agency who write the work. Especially in winter, it can therefore happen that our authors are absent for a few days due to the flu and the like, which is rarely significant in terms of time. We are pleased that the project was apparently successful despite the delay and the change of authors. With this in mind, perhaps you would like to consider whether three stars are really appropriate ;-)

(Small) minus point: Being a bit more flexible in the mornings, at least that was really important for me and I'm sure it is for others, because you don't always have time in the afternoon or evening. Of course, you are right that availability is very important for cooperation, which is why we are available for our customers practically every day of the week from morning to quite sometimes late in the evening. Generally, we are also available in the morning (of course, it depends on what one or the other understands by morning). Please keep in mind that we also have our fixed office hours, which start at 8:30 am. This is also because we want to be able to offer many working customers appointments later in the evening. We are happy that it still worked out! :-)
