An insurance matter, in our case a burglary in the house, is always a stressful situation, you should look at both sides, one wants to leave everything behind as quickly as possible and the other is employed by a large insurance company, it sometimes takes time, but if both sides discuss things calmly and objectively, there can also be good solutions in Germany.

Herr Schuster hat für meinen im Kontext BU-Versicherung wohl nicht allzu häufig auftretenden Fall (Beamter auf Zeit) eine passgenaue Lösung gefunden. Fragen hat er immer schnell und umfassend beantwortet. Wusste er mal nicht sofort eine Antwort hat er dies transparent gemacht und sich bei der Versicherung erkundigt. Da fühlt man sich in guten Händen.
