All in all, I would rate the performance as satisfactory to good. The bus reminded more of a regular bus and not necessarily a "modern coach", which is designed for a journey of 7 h, but ok. (for example, no toilet, no tables at the seats, no electricity ...) But has worked quite well even so.
On the whole, the communication in advance has always worked very well and was super friendly. Even if it came several times to different contacts. I think one of the two bus drivers was very limited linguistically (as far as German/English is concerned). But he knew where to go.
It got complicated, however, when suddenly one week before the appointment we were told that we had been communicating with the wrong team the whole time. This led to great uncertainty and a slightly uneasy feeling on my part. Because I was now not sure whether all the information had been received by the right team. (Among other things, I had to resend the already signed contract ...). And this feeling has then ultimately also confirmed to some extent.
The bus for the local tour was not booked. This is not the fault of AGT alone, but the sudden change of contact persons shortly before the trip certainly contributed to it. Because I am very sure that the complete planning was already discussed in advance by phone. So also the point with the day trip. And so possibly some note did not quite find its way to the destination. But as I said - no sole fault of the AGT, in my letters was also nothing more to find of it.
Be that as it may - with Mr. Pelegrin I had in the end ONE concrete contact person, who has also made extreme efforts to pull the cart out of the mud for us and super spontaneously got a bus ride organized on site. Many thanks again for this, great!
My suggestion for improvement:
- Give ONE concrete contact person from front to back to the hand
- 3 days before departure, go through the specific plan with the customer again
