A super concept and an easy start.
Unfortunately, many functions are simply not yet mature. Reminders contain no contact information, no brand, no company layout, no logo and partly an incomplete billing address.
Incorrect reminders (over thousands of EUR instead of twenty or hundred) are sent but we as billers are not informed per active. Affected customers only reported upon request.
Unfortunately, invoices can only be submitted via upload. No connection to ERP systems or invoice via email possible. Unfortunately, this makes it very time-consuming to submit invoices from the systems. In addition, the invoice data cannot be captured automatically.
Communication with the service department works well. The employees are all friendly and quickly forward inquiries to the appropriate contact person.
