I had arranged the wheel change appointment online and due to a death in the family I had to reschedule the appointment the day before. Unfortunately, I couldn't do this online, but had to do it by phone. Nevertheless, I was called again on the day of the appointment (which had been canceled in good time) and asked where I was staying. Despite canceling, I was still on the internal list...
Unfortunately, it was all very inconvenient for everyone involved.

I am no longer satisfied with the fact that the dialigan acceptance is no longer used when I take delivery of the vehicle.
I am not satisfied that with a mileage of approx. 68,000 km and using the car 90% of the time on the highway, all 4 brake pads had to be changed.
I am not satisfied that the request to fit the clutch hook was calculated but not carried out. Fortunately, I noticed it when I received the car and the master mechanic carried it out immediately when I complained!

The service was very good and I received very friendly advice. The job was also completed very quickly. What is less good is that the wheel nuts were not in the vehicle as described on the storage receipt and I am now curious how the next wheel change will be done. As far as the price is concerned, I was a bit shocked as it was not the price quoted, it was far higher.
