Already after the first session Nick (9 years old) could fall asleep calmly, after a short time he could control his rage attacks or even recognize them early and deal with them with his anchor.
Thanks to hypnosis with Mrs. Ischi, Nick is happy and balanced.

Karin Ischi's individual counseling was very helpful in getting in tune with the treatments and pinpointing the effective triggers for why I smoke in the first place. Her coaching approach is very benevolent, yet very focused and gets to the heart of the coachee themselves. She creates a space that gives the coachee enough confidence to really open up.
I had three sessions to quit smoking, the third and therefore the last being the most efficient, but also the most intense. I have been smoke-free for almost three months now and the desire to smoke is really gone. Therefore I can really recommend Karin Ischi.

Karin understands in an unparalleled way how to respond to the person who is being coached by her. Her sincere, emphatic manner created a basis of trust between us in a short time, thanks to which the coaching success for me was much greater than ever expected. Thanks to her excellent methodological competence, her experience and broad knowledge, as well as the varied design of the sessions, I looked forward to the next appointment every time. Now that I am walking my path with new insights and beliefs, I don't need any more sessions. I would definitely use AJURA's coaching services again for a next issue.

The "Coaching with horses as co-trainers" exceeded my expectations.
The non-verbal and mindful communication with the horse was fascinating,
it led to a touching and sustainable process.
Not tellable in words - you have to experience it yourself.
