Very great people, a wonderful education that also picks up the adult learners on all levels in learning and supports them at all times. So learning is fun and then this fun can also be passed on.
Price / performance ratio optimal, great trainers, overall unrestricted recommendation. For me personally, however, a bit complicated with Slackeinrichtung us Calendly etc.. The training as a holistic child and youth coach at the academy offers an absolutely coherent framework package. The team is authentic and almost always immediately available to answer questions about the learning content. The concept offers time flexibility in that all modules can be worked on at one's own pace. Additional support is provided through regular workshops. There is also the possibility of close and pleasant networking with other students. Andrea, Axel and Petra are passionate about what they do, which also conveys how important the learning content is in the current times. I take a fully packed method suitcase with me and am grateful for many newly gained impulses in the academy.

I expected more concrete tips and content. Especially in the online meeting, there was too much talk around it and too emotional for me. I didn't want to do a mindfulness exercise, I wanted to learn about bullying prevention. It was also too much self-promotion for me.
I was very satisfied with the organization before, during and after the event. The content was easy to understand and I am taking a lot of new input with me into my everyday professional life.
