We can recommend Akademis without reservation. Our child was looking for a boarding school that offered both sports and music and also had high standards for exchange students. Akademis presented a clear selection so that we had a good basis for our decision. When our choice had to be made, but it wasn't quite right yet, Akademis investigated further offers and suggested a school that was such a perfect fit in the end that the child didn't want to come back. As this option was always on the table, the pre-selection of the right school by Akademis was all the more important for us. My compliments!

Very quickly and without complications we were able to organize a stay in an elite boarding school in England for our 15 year old daughter with extensive help from Akademis despite the Corona Pandemic.
Within a few days after the first conversation with Mr. Cyrankowski, which was very pleasant, we received suggestions of boarding schools that would also accept students for one to two terms. In addition, an open, warm atmosphere was important to us, and this was also taken into consideration in the selection process.

Thanks to the very good contacts of the boarding school agency, we were able to visit our favorites in October and then decided on Warminster School in the southwest of the country.

Hereby we would like to praise the cooperation with Akademis Internatsberatung in the highest tones. Our son rows in Germany at a professional level, so we only considered boarding schools with a rowing focus. We were advised in a very competent and friendly manner and the absolute highlights for us were the boarding schools presented. We could choose from the top 3 best rowing boarding schools.

In the end, we chose Shiplake College and are very happy with our decision. Of course, we hope that the schools in the UK will reopen as soon as possible, but until then we are already very touched by how intensively our son communicates with his classmates and teachers via the internet during these hard times (Corona). We would not have thought it possible that our son would integrate so quickly into the community. The students are all hoping that classes in England will start again as soon as possible.

That was fast! We are still amazed at how quickly our son received a boarding school place in England through Akademis Internatsberatung.

On Saturday we spontaneously called Akademis Internatsberatung and immediately had the first interview. On Sunday we already received the first boarding school suggestions and on the same day we had a conversation with a very friendly employee of Akademis Internatsberatung and discussed the schools together in detail. On Tuesday we already had the Skype interview with the school director and one day later we received the confirmation from the school about the admission of our son to the boarding school. This was very important for us, because the school year in Germany had already started on Thursday and of course school attendance is compulsory. So we were able to give our son a leave of absence directly from school. Now we are looking forward to the beginning of the school year at the English boarding school.

Really great advice. We inquired about a stay abroad for Leonie and our questions were answered very competently, although we are not considering a boarding school stay for another three years.

Absolute recommendation. Our 14-year-old son pretty much went off the rails at his school in Germany because his circle of friends was not a good influence on him. His grades dropped and he was only very barely transferred. That's why it was important to us to have a school that focused on academic achievement.

In the beginning, it didn't work out so well. Therefore, he had to write his homework under supervision in the evenings after forgetting it twice. Although our son was anything but enthusiastic about this, we were very positive about this procedure. Especially since we were convinced that he had a lot of potential. Over time, his academic performance has improved greatly. His attitude towards school has also developed very positively. He even completed some courses in the second term with an "A", i.e. a grade 1. That's why we decided three months ago that he should extend his stay for another year. By the way, he is enthusiastic about it. Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to praise the agency and especially Mr. Martin Cyr. Thank you very much!
