Wir sind von Herrn Albrecht sehr begeistert. Er hat sich für uns Zeit genommen. Uns ( vor allem mir) alles genau und manchmal auch mehrmals erklärt bis wir alles verstanden hatten. Nachdem er alle geforderten Unterlagen hatte ging auch alles sehr schnell und zu unserer vollensten Zufriedenheit.
Sollten wir nochmal so ein Projekt starten dann auf ist Herr Albrecht auf jedenfall mit an Board.

Nachdem wir zuvor mit zwei anderen Finanzierungsvermittlern keine positiven Erfahrungen sammeln konnten, hat Marvin uns echt überzeugt. Absolut kompetent, super schnell und mit besten Kontakten zu den Banken, sodass er unser Anliegen den Banken in kürzester Zeit präsentieren und unsere Wünsche gegenüber der Bank vertreten hat.

It is very important to us to share our positive experience with Mr. Albrecht with other prospective buyers. In the course of our purchase process, we got to know numerous advisors in the banking and financing sector, but Mr. Albrecht stood out as the best by far. From the very first consultation, he took the time to explain the complex basics of construction financing to us in a way that was understandable and tailored to our individual needs.

His suggestions included a variety of attractive loan offers, which we were able to obtain through him - a service that saved us time and effort. However, we were particularly impressed by the comprehensive all-round package, which went far beyond mere financial advice. Mr. Albrecht shone with in-depth expertise and valuable advice, be it on the purchase process or general questions about real estate.

His constant availability and quick accessibility deserve praise, as this gave us the feeling of being well looked after at all times.

Looking back, we are extremely happy to have mastered this important stage in our lives with the help of Mr. Albrecht. For the purchase of a three-family house, Marvin Albrecht not only advised and helped us incredibly well with his financing expertise, but also with his brokerage knowledge and general tips on buying a house. During the consultation, he explained in detail and very well how banks work/think nowadays and why far more documents are requested than a few years ago. Marvin always guided us through the entire process of buying a house (our first purchase) competently and calmly and explained a lot of things we didn't know. There was a very good basis of trust right from the start, which was confirmed at all times. We can recommend Marvin without reservation and hope that many other agents will take a leaf out of his book when it comes to professionalism and expert knowledge. If we ever have to buy another house or apartment, we will definitely do so with Albrecht Ventures!

I don't like writing reviews because you expect a lot and usually accept it, but here I have to write a review. They did much more here than I expected or what was generally to be expected. At every little step, we were always given a good tip (which was valuable in the truest sense of the word, i.e. financially) - and not in an annoyingly intrusive way. The whole process was very well supervised and everything went really quickly. I had imagined it would be very different, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised. Every person I know who needs financing is advised to contact Marvin Albrecht.

House sale:

As we were very dissatisfied with our local estate agent from Volksbank, we were referred to Mr. Albrecht by a friend. At first we were skeptical about estate agents, but Mr. Albrecht immediately convinced us at our first meeting with his friendly manner, constructive conversation and knowledge. Mr. Albrecht's approach was completely different from what we had known before. Professional pictures were taken with a photographer and a drone and our house was then presented in a great way on all media. Mr. Albrecht was always quick to answer any questions we had and always gave us perfect advice. He also accompanied us to all notary appointments, which is not usual.

It was the best decision to bring Mr. Albrecht on board. We can recommend Mr. Albrecht 100%, you feel comfortable here as a customer. Thank you for everything!
