We were particularly pleased with the driver, who made everything possible and was also very courteous, always keeping calm, even if some passengers didn't always make it easy for him.
The hotel was also very nice and quiet and the owners made you feel like you were part of the family. Everything was great!

It was a wonderful trip to Lake Garda to Torbole on 29.03-02.04.24 with Jens and Simone. We were informed about many things by Jens and were well catered for by Simone and guided through the places. We will continue to make beautiful trips with Alex Touristik. It was a pleasant trip all round.

We traveled to Andalusia with ALEX Touristik for the 2024 season opening trip. The organization, execution and selection of the individual excursion destinations fully met our expectations. The rain showers, which are atypical for this time of year, did not detract from the success of the trip. As always, the on-board bus service and the choice of hotels were excellent. We would gladly undertake further trips and can recommend ALEX Touristik without reservation.

Everything was well planned and prepared, from the exciting excursions to the top hotels. The tour guide was always there for us and helped when necessary. All in all, an all-round successful trip.
I will gladly go on my next vacation with Alex Touristik again!

I was in Tuscany during the camellia blossom and the price-performance ratio was unbeatable. There was enough free time in all the towns we visited and the accommodation was functional. The only thing I would have liked more time for was the camellia garden. Just under an hour was clearly not enough time for this fantastic site, especially as you spend part of the time queuing for the toilet.

Our weekend in Loket, as a company trip with 10 people, sightseeing in Karlovy Vary, Erdschweinessen&Sveijk program as well as city tour in Loket and brewery Chodovar, was a complete success. Everything was perfectly organized, thanks to our nice travel companion Mandy and the bus driver Detlef. We were all very enthusiastic about the travel program, the service on the bus was also very good.
We would definitely recommend a weekend trip with Alex Touristik.

I did a 4-day premium trip to Hamburg with Alex Touristik. Everything worked out perfectly. The tour guide (Cindy Biener) was super, always very friendly, attentive and courteous. The bus was very good and, thanks to the super bus driver (Mario Spitzner), always drove us safely everywhere. The organization and planning of the whole trip was excellent. Alex Touristik is highly recommended.
