Ms. Fahnenschreiber helped me in a very difficult time to re-sort myself and my thoughts, to pursue clear plans and goals and supported this process (also outside our appointments). Her positive and open-minded nature creates a very pleasant and supportive atmosphere, which is very important to me as a basis for an open exchange. One is also always motivated and encouraged to try (new) ventures and not to shy away from implementation. The coaching has enriched me sustainably very much.

We started directly with the lock-down at Corona times. Thus, only communication via "Zoom" was possible. It worked amazingly well, although we never had personal contact. The goal was to build up my own business by means of my AVGS. I received a lot of support in terms of business idea, structure and content. We always had a communicative, familiar exchange. Unfortunately, I had only received 12 free coaching hours (AVGS) from the employment agency. I would have needed a few more important hours, especially with regard to the execution of the business plan, the liquidity plan, and the ability to finance the business. Alexandra has always encouraged me to build up my own business and to draw up a target-oriented business plan. Thank you for that. Greetings Stefan

The jungle of numbers cleared up! :-) Finally I know what I have to pay attention to in the calculation. And which steps are to be considered at all on the way into the foundation. Especially in which order. Before the coaching, I was partially already completely exhausted, because I saw only construction sites everywhere. Through the clear structure and targeted approach, we have come from appointment to appointment my realization of my own business a little closer. And in the meantime I even have 2 employees. The sales channels are now clear and I also know how to deal with my energy in a targeted way. That was also a part of the coaching - the dear time management. Thank you very much for everything - and I am happy that we will stay in contact!

Alexandra has been particularly appreciative in helping me to come closer to my true calling. In the meantime, I also know what had always prevented me from being clear about my desires. With each coaching session I became more confident and self-assured - and finally I had a goal in mind again. In the meantime, I quit my old job, treat myself to some time off and start again in the new year with new energy! Thank you for everything!

I had sent my questions in advance by email and we went through them point by point in the telephone coaching. That was very efficient and helpful for me. Furthermore, I found the atmosphere of the conversation very pleasant. Although we were not sitting face-to-face, I felt "seen" and that did me good.
