Sie möchte nicht einfach nur eine Versicherung verkaufen,sondern richtet sich auch nach den Bedürfnissen der einzelnen Person und sagt auch, wenn eine andere Versicherung besser behalten werden soll. Sehr gute Beratung und eine sehr nette und offene Person.

Ich bin nun schon einige Jahre bei Alexandra von Mezynski und bin nach wie vor sehr zufrieden mit ihr. Die Beratungen sind gut vorbereitet und geplant. Die Ausführung ist unkompliziert und wenn es mal Probleme gibt versucht Sie immer zu helfen und diese zu beseitigen. Im Schadensfall reicht eine kurze Nachricht und Sie kümmert sich um alles weitere. Es gibt also absolut nichts an Ihr auszusetzen und Ich freue mich wenn Sie sich noch viele Jahre um meine Versicherungen kümmert.

Die Betreuung durch die Geschäftsstellenberaterin Frau v. M. wird auf unseren individuellen und persönlichen Bedarf passgenau abgestimmt. Anfragen werden jederzeit kompetent und unkompliziert bearbeitet und abgewickelt, dies je nach Dringlichkeit und Umfang telefonisch/per Mail/Whatsapp /im persönlichen Gespräch. Die Beratung erfolgt sachlich und fair, ebenso Vertragsveränderungen/Neuabschlüsse auf eigenen Wunsch oder entsprechende Empfehlung. Wir fühlen uns sehr gut versichert und aufgehoben bei der Gothaer Geschäftsstelle, Emmelshausen und unserer Betreuerin.
