We have already realized our financing with Mr. Bartl for the second time and are enthusiastic about the competence, advice and support of Mr. Bartl!
In addition to the excellent credit conditions we received, we were also accompanied around the purchase of our property very well. Even the smallest inconsistencies in the purchase contract were immediately noticed by Mr. Bartl, so that we were able to clarify everything with the seller before the notary appointment.
We can highly recommend Mr. Bartl and hope that he will accompany us again in our house purchase! All the best!

He helped us a lot, not only to find the best financing but also with other bureaucratic problems. We do not speak German very well and he was really patient and answered all our questions. He was always available, even on weekends or late at night.

Competent, sympathetic and very reliable partner in the field of construction financing. Mr. Bartl actively supported my prospective buyer and even looked after her on weekends.
