As a long-time real estate owner, buyer and seller of various properties, I experienced an incredible professionalism and exceptionally short timeframe for the sale of my terraced house near the center of Schaffhausen due to my departure.
I placed the order by telephone with allcap AG Daniel Schlehan based on his estimate under cover!
Only over a weekend after 3 days, handshake of the buyer.
4 days later reservation contract signed incl. down payment.
Land register registration, all preliminary clarifications, bank redemptions incl. land register transfer without my presence with power of attorney were carried out in an exemplary manner and according to schedule by Daniel Schlehan.
