With my consideration to write a business book about my start-up and the way to get there, I was looking for the right support. With Ms. Rapsch's Citavi success group, this support was perfectly given. Ms. Rapsch had initially shown me the structure and benefits of Citavi, so I was convinced that if I were to tackle the project, it would be with her support and with the Citavi Success Group. In the last weeks Mrs. Rapsch accompanied and motivated me very appreciatively on this way. She arranges the dates of the group meetings flexibly with the respective participants. Her agenda for the individual meetings was comprehensible and well structured, supplemented by Ms. Rapsch's flexible response to spontaneous questions and the desired focus of the participants. More extensive requests of individuals are synchronized with all participants and idR deepened in the next workshop. I also found the online tools used very practical. Almost priceless are her tips that go far beyond Citavi like using the scanmarker for scanning short citations. Conclusion: highly recommended for scholars ieS and equally for people like me who want to write a quality non-fiction book.

If only I had worked with Citavi during my studies - how easy it would have been for me to handle all the formalities of my bachelor thesis! So I struggled with footnotes, short references and the bibliography, with issue numbers, small caps and the correct abbreviation of first names. And then there was the constant worry of unintentional plagiarism!

I have been working with Citavi in my studies for a while, but so far only very superficially. I took the Citavi course to be able to work more effectively with the program for my bachelor thesis. Since I wanted to use Citavi as a citation program during a student research project, but my professor required a very specific citation style, I turned to Citavi's Internet support. When I asked if there was a way to create a style for myself, they referred me to Ms. Rapsch.

After I explained my citation style problem to Ms. Rapsch in an e-mail, she responded the same day and created the desired citation style for me flawlessly a short time later.

Subsequently, Ms. Rapsch told me about the benefit of a Citavi webinar, which I then gladly booked. We were quickly able to find a suitable date. In addition, I was able to send Ms. Rapsch personal questions about the Citavi program in advance of the webinar. Ms. Rapsch responds very individually to her customers and substantiates this with her own examples. What would have been even more effective for me was not to hear everything at once. But to divide the content into two inputs. At the beginning only so much content that you can work with it and then a short refresher.
Overall, however, I was thrilled with the way and the individual support. Thank you for the competent and comprehensive introduction.
