During a phase of professional dissatisfaction, I sought out Ms. Krombholz to get to the bottom of the causes. It soon became clear that I was not living up to my abilities and potential in my current job. While preparing my application documents and thus reflecting on my professional life, I decided to pursue further training and then aim for an appropriate position. Ms. Krombholz assisted me with the contemporary design of my resume and a sample cover letter. With her warm and sympathetic manner, she encouraged me to go confidently into application processes, to make the right decisions for myself and to continue until the right offer comes along. At the moment, I am conducting many interviews and am also able to counter demands from potential employers that are unfavorable to me by being aware of my value and my desires. I can highly recommend Ms. Krombholz.

She proceeds very analytically and verbalizes very empathetically to look at himself also from a different perspective and to recognize his issues / potential for improvement. The two sessions with Ms. Krombholz inspired me very much through her ability to bring "dormant" interests to the surface. This was achieved on the one hand through a very appealing selection of effective exercises and techniques, but on the other hand and above all through Ms. Krombholz's motivating, approachable, open and professional manner. I now actually have the feeling that there is something like a red thread in my CV and feel strengthened to courageously emphasize the aspects that I want to emphasize. I find it nice that no ready-made solutions were offered, but that Ms. Krombholz accompanied me in the process of independently making something out of my resume.

Ms. Krombholz is very professional and at the same time very empathetic and she can empathize very well with the situation at hand.
The tips and instructions are highly professional. She is absolutely up to date with the tools, requirements and wishes of potential employers.
With her experience, she was able to help me very well and the preparation of such things as CV and LinkedIN appearance went quickly.
I had a lot of concerns about my age and experience (over 20 years in the same company), but Ms. Krombholz was able to alleviate these concerns quickly and the first applications I sent after her consultation were very positive. I have been invited for an interview for all the jobs I applied for.

I came across Ms. Krombholz by chance; it was a real stroke of luck. In just two appointments, we were able to talk through a strategy for a "somewhat tricky" career move. The support and motivation helped me to be confident yet emphatic and to achieve my desired salary. Without Ms. Krombholz's support, I'm sure I would have ended up well below my desired salary.

I was enthusiastic, inspired and touched by the coaching session with Ms. Krombholz. From the first moment I felt "picked up" and the joint work was highly professional and gave me enriching insights into my further professional field of activity. With well thought-out and coordinated methods, Ms. Krombholz accompanied me on my path to professional clarity. Her intuition and her rich treasure of experience enriched the coaching very much. Although 5 hours seemed long to me at the beginning, the time flew by much too quickly.
I also found the "trappings" extremely appealing - the location, right in the center of Munich and the premises well thought out.
All in all, it was a wonderful work with Ms. Krombholz, which I would recommend to anyone who wants to start searching for their vocation!

She helped me not only to collect myself and to draw a red thread through my career planning, thanks to her I got to know myself and my strengths even better or could only grasp them through her help and also communicate them to the outside.

Ms. Krombholz conducted the consultation competently, empathetically and "to the point": from the analysis, to the development of the path as well as the preparation of documents, to support in the implementation. The effect: I was invited to interviews much more often than before, contested them continuously better and finally "had" to decide between two offers. In 2020, Ms. Krombholz accompanied me from the decision to quit my job to self-employment. After a few months break, we are currently picking up where we left off in order to make some fine adjustments to the way I work and the transition from employment to self-employment.
In her coaching sessions, Ms. Krombholz creates a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in which I felt very comfortable from the very beginning and which makes it possible to talk very openly. This allowed us to quickly get to the heart of the actual problems in dialogue and through various coaching techniques, and to work out possible solutions. I go home after each hour with many new impulses and ideas and can therefore recommend Ms. Krombholz without reservation.

I have used her coaching services to be able to act in a solution-oriented manner in conflict situations at work.
