Finally I have confidence and motivation again to implement my career change! I have taken a lot with me: super useful strategies that I can use again and again in the future - to keep my strengths, values and goals in mind at all times and build on them.

I had a very great coaching session with Ms. Klien on the topic of finding a job. I felt very comfortable from the beginning and was able to build a trusting relationship with Ms. Klien. During the sessions I learned a lot about my competencies, values and desires and now I know which way to go to achieve my goals. It helped me a lot to talk to an "external" person for a change and to be open with myself. Due to the current situation, we met virtually the last few times. Again, there were no limitations and it was just as valuable as if we were seeing each other in person. I can only recommend it to everyone!

I have found the appointments with Anne very helpful, quite different from the other things I have noticed in advance in this direction. You notice that she really deals with it, that it fits you and that she invests a lot of effort and time there. I had just suffered a setback professionally and was quite confused. I didn't know exactly where my professional journey was going. Before the appointments I did not have a clear line whether I should stop my studies and what I should do instead. I felt well advised in the appointments here, it was all round!
