We had booked Ms. Fleischer as a speaker for my father's funeral service.
During the preliminary talk, she really took an incredible amount of time to understand the details of his life, our thoughts and wishes and to develop an overall concept from this. She was extremely empathetic and gave us relatives a lot of comfort. She gave us valuable tips about the process and prepared us very well for everything.
She conducted the funeral service itself wonderfully from start to finish and implemented everything as discussed.

I experienced Mrs. Fleischer as the accompanying physician of a 40-year-old woman who was seriously ill. She devoted an extraordinary amount of time during various home visits to this woman who was facing the end of her life. In doing so, she was very empathetic and full of loving sympathy. I have already experienced Ms. Ruland last year during another funeral and immediately had to think of you again when it was now unfortunately also necessary in my immediate family to think about the eulogy. Ms. Ruland was able to more than confirm this positive first impression in a personal conversation. It was a really pleasant preparation time and finally a wonderful speech. She takes a lot of time and listens so well that the speech seems like a personal letter. Ms. Ruland is very empathetic, questions many things and is in a positive sense far removed from the
