I did a mung bean de-stress week with Annett. Annett's detailed instructional videos for each day guided me perfectly through the whole week. In addition, Annett was also available during this time for any questions or problems, which I, however, thanks to a well-structured workbook, did not have to use at all :) .
The recipes for the delicious mung bean soup and salads, for a little variety at meals ;) , were great and will continue to be my culinary companions.
I was also able to integrate the de-stress week wonderfully into my daily work routine. I managed to take to heart Annett's encouragement, take the time to enjoy the daily meditation guided by Annett, explore my experiences and also record them in a small journal.
To top it off, Annett's collaborative partner, Sigrid Gleinser, supported us with daily yoga exercises to stimulate metabolism and detoxification.
After this week, I feel wonderfully light (also objectively - 5kg :D) and full of energy! I will definitely repeat the detox week and advise everyone to engage in this experience!
