Telephone promise of clarification of a problem with callback the next day. Unfortunately, there was never a callback. Repeated attempts on my part to call on the following days were not answered and requests to call back on an answering machine were apparently ignored.
The advertising slogan in print media "We will help you with certainty" should in any case, in relation to me, correctly read "We will help you with certainty NOT"

Had before he went into the sale, hardly any documents prepared for the sale. When asked, he would first have to get everything about the owners.... Isn't it the broker's job to take care of this, or what is the buyer supposed to pay 3.57% commission for...? Also the purchase offer was not forwarded and he gave no feedback on the further process. All in all, there are better brokers. Rather of the variety "kitchen table broker".

Mr. Räpple is the reason for me to totally change my negative attitude towards real estate agents due to other experiences. I have come to know Mr. Räpple as a serious and extremely helpful contact person in all questions. He shares his extensive knowledge in detail without having to ask too many questions. With his sonorous voice, he often includes a short anecdote in the conversation, so that any tension disappears in an instant. I can highly recommend Mr. Räpple for house and apartment matters - buying or selling.

I was super satisfied, especially after many dubious brokers I finally found a broker who can be trusted blindly. Mr. Räpple was super nice and helpful, helped me in many things and was like a friend during the whole process. Highly recommended.
