We bought an infrared cabin just from the brochure. Made phone calls to Roßdorf Ms. Agena. She gave me very good advice. Ordered and very fast delivery. Unfortunately, one side panel was broken and was replaced very quickly to my satisfaction. In retrospect, I can also say that the Armstark company is very competent.

We use the hot tub almost every day. The time we used to spend mindlessly in front of the TV/cell phone is now used for cozy and relaxing evenings communicating in the whirlpool. Maintenance is very easy and becomes second nature after about 2 - 3 weeks. The advice from the salesperson was very good. All questions were answered. I can only recommend the purchase to anyone!

We understand your comments about the handles or recess. However, the addition of handles would detract from the external appearance of the pool. Holes or indentations on the cladding would be necessary for this and would be impossible to remove.
With regard to the descriptions of the electrical connection, we try to make them as comprehensible as possible. To ensure a safe installation, we therefore recommend that you always seek the assistance of an electrician.
