Das Buch gegen die schlehte Laune von Arztphobie ist ein toller Helfer bei Stimmungstiefs! Die praktischen Soforthilfe-Tricks sind leicht umzusetzen und geben direkt ein besseres Gefühl. Besonders motivierend finde ich die klaren Anleitungen, die einem helfen, aktiv gegen negative Phasen vorzugehen. Ich fand den Shop gut und einfach gestaltet und die Bücher die übrigens auch auf Amazon sind, lassen sich echt schnell bestellen und einfach lesen. Keine 500 Seiten Fachchinesisch! Super so für mich!

Ich habe mir das Buch "Gegen die Angst vor Spinnen" bestellt und konnte ein paar Tipps daraus umsetzen. Zwar hatte ich seitdem wenig Kontakt mit Spinnen, aber es hat mir jetzt schon etwas die Angst vor der nächsten Situation genommen, weil ich es besser verstehe.

Ich kann die Selbsthilfe-Tipps von Arztphobie.com daher nur empfehlen. Der Preis ist in Ordnung, den Kundenservice kann ich nicht bewerten, da es ja von überall geliefert wird. Danke für die Hilfe!
