We are an assistance service that operates nationwide and offers support to people with disabilities on all topics related to the personal budget. As an assistance service, we see it as our task not only to organize personal assistants and ensure... the supply, but also to assist our customers from the initial consultation on the personal budget, to the ongoing support. We do not follow the usual rigid models as other assistance services do, but try to offer our customers the individual planning freedom of the employer model paired with the advantages of an assistance service.
We offer support to all forms of Personal Assistance. From the most extensive form, 24-hour assistance, to Personal Assistance of a few hours a month. Our assistance service consists of a team of 5 people. There is a lot of competence and know-how about all topics of the Personal Budget. As experts and affected persons, we know exactly what is important in the work as an assistance service.
Our head office is located in Cologne, directly on Hohe Straße. We offer our services as an assistance service nationwide.

From the first contact I had the feeling to be in good hands and my impression was only confirmed. Competent and fast contact and to any problem (inquiries, refusals from the social services, etc...) a very good solution was found. Definitely one of the best services from the profession!
I will soon move back to Cologne, because I have finally found a suitable job for me. Time and strength to plan my own assistants I have now already no more. Over the Internet I came to this assistance service Cologne and have me about 1.5 hours detailed advice on the phone. We also made a Skype appointment, which I am already looking forward to. I think I will work with this assistance service from September.
