I have been advised very competently and extensively by Ms. Rinner regarding tariff change PKV. The options were clearly structured, advantages and disadvantages discussed to be covered for current and future needs. Perfect data preparation to support the decision making. My goal of optimizing my PKV tariff was fully achieved. It was not only a matter of reducing the premium, but also a portfolio of services tailored to my needs, while at the same time keeping premiums stable. In the end, the new tariff is even a bit more expensive, but the service package is better in the parameters that were decisive for me.

Facts: Age 51, 21 years insured with Universa, changed from bisex to unisex tariff.
