My previous experiences always corresponded to 5-star quality: from the reception and advice to the execution by the workshop in the Halle-Center. This time, however, I have to hold back. I would like to emphasize this in advance: The problem does not lie with the Auto-Center in Halle, but rather with the NISSAN company as the vehicle manufacturer. A rear window destroyed by vandalism could not be delivered to the Halle-Center and installed at the beginning of the 3rd week despite all the efforts of the Halle-Center employees. Why? The NISSAN company should do its own research if it is still interested in customers. So I canceled the repair order at the beginning of the third week against payment of the partial services rendered to date. The costs are also very high according to the Nissan AW specifications for residual removal and disposal of the destroyed windshield as well as cleaning. Finally, a local windshield repair company was able to help me within 24 hours, from ordering a new windshield to repairing it. And here the costs were far below those estimated by NISSAN. I still give 5 stars for the efforts of the Nissan Auto Center in Halle.
