After the very good experience I had with the dealership in Reutlingen where I bought my Nissan, I am also very satisfied with the dealership in Leipzig.
I have always received help and support, even at short notice.
What we are not satisfied with is when services are promised and have not been carried out. In this case, an interior and exterior cleaning was generously announced. But not done in the end. A great pity, this tarnishes the whole result.
I had a replacement vehicle when mine was in for an inspection. I was told it had a full tank.
I drove 23 km and filled up with 8 liters! This corresponds to a consumption of 30 liters per 100 km. So my Qashqai only consumes 7.5 liters/100 km!
I found that very cheeky. When I mentioned this, there was no response. This is a very bad service!
The appointment was confirmed quickly. All wishes were taken into account. The inspection was carried out together. Very good advice on all questions. The service billing was correct. The material prices are now outrageously high - but this is not the dealership's fault.
