Quick appointment on the phone, friendly and helpful staff, good service in the workshop as well. Satisfied all around. Cars are always associated with costs in maintenance and servicing and free there is no maintenance or repairs but the costs are absolutely fair.
I was particularly impressed by the handling of the service staff, Ms. Daniela Koch. She is professionally competent, absolutely attentive and courteous, and cannot be brought out of her calm even in difficult situations. She is the necessary calm when things get stressful and hectic. My greatest compliment to Ms. Koch, this should be taken into account urgently.
She is fully committed to her job, which you notice as a customer.
