My "oldi" Escort MK 3 Cabrio
was repaired by so-called "mechanics" for a lot of money, the wrong parts and without any specialist knowledge!
By pulling the ripcord in time, I found my way to the LATSCH dealership.
I received a friendly and, above all, competent welcome.
My old car was put into loving hands, the old crap, the previous "repair experts", was rebuilt piece by piece and brought back into a good and above all technically good condition with a lot of expertise and the right parts!
Although expensive for me - because many parts - were simply installed incorrectly by the "mechanics", the correct parts, e.g. water pump, oil pan, timing belt cover etc. were now procured and installed by AH Latsch.
All's well that ends well! I am very satisfied with the performance of the entire Latsch team, because now I can take my "Oldi" on beautiful tours with peace of mind.
I can only recommend the good address of AH Latsch in Freusburg.

I was particularly pleased that I was given an appointment very quickly as my wife was in hospital. I have been a customer since I moved to Kirchen. I have to say that I have always been very satisfied. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. They send you a short video listing the defects in the vehicle, which I think is very good. You are always in direct contact with the staff, which I personally really appreciate.
My rating 1A, with an asterisk.
I can only recommend the Latsch dealership.

As an absolute car lover, I have to have a workshop that I can trust. The Latsch company has fully earned this trust. All work was discussed with me and explained calmly. They did what was necessary and did not try to push additional things on me. I had damage because someone drove into my parked car. Autohaus Latsch helped me pretty quickly and the damage was repaired after a very short time. No matter what questions you have, you can always contact them and you also get reasonable answers. I have never experienced such good customer service anywhere else. We are happy to go there again anytime even if we have to go there what longer.
